Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

• The products are unused and in their original condition.

• The products are returned in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your Lacelox or Loopies products arrive damaged, are faulty or are not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty products.

Incorrect Orders

If we've sent you the wrong product, please contact us so we can arrange a correction at no additional cost to you.
